Sometimes it is as simple as a weak circuit breaker. What should you do?

NO HOT WATER

Electric water heater

    Make sure the switch is turned on (if applicable)

Check to see if electric supply cord is securely plugged into the outlet.

Check the circuit breaker

    Check to see if pilot is lit.

LEAKING WATER HEATER

Electric water heater

    Interrupt power supply-

Turn off circuit breaker,

Unplug cord from outlet

Turn off switch

Turn off water supply to water heater

(Cold water pipe valve located on top right side of heater)

    Turn off gas supply

Turn off cold water supply valve located on top right of water heater
